Bottle King is one step closer to receiving final approval for a new location on Prospect Ave in Glen Rock. Partner Mark Semeraro is handling a complex application seeking a subdivision and site plan approval along with several variances that span two boroughs, Fair Lawn and Glen Rock. The new subdivision will consist of four residential lots and a new Bottle King retail liquor store.

Mark Semeraro had secured a use variance, subdivision approval as well as a site plan approval from the Borough of Fair Lawn last month. Now, with the Glen Rock Planning Board’s site plan approval, Semeraro still needs to secure County Planning Board approval and Subdivision approval from the Borough of Glen Rock, which should occur in the coming weeks.

Mr. Semeraro is very pleased with the Board’s action.
