On Wednesday, January 10 in New Brunswick, Mark Semeraro will be co-chairing an event to educate elected officials, public employees, real estate developers, and real estate brokers on mixed-use real estate development, public/private partnerships, and federal tax credits.

The event will include food and beverages as well as insight from dynamic professionals in the field. Attendees will also get a chance to tour the one-of-a-kind P3 mixed use project “The Yard” on the Rutgers New Brunswick Campus.
