Continued Success for Mark J. Semeraro and KSL “Doubleheader before Wayne Board of Adjustment”

On January 16, 2018, the Resolution memorializing the approval for Galreh LLC’s one of a kind historic $60M mixed use real estate development project on Route 23 in Wayne, NJ was adopted.

This project provides 232 luxury apartments, jitney service to the nearby bi-modal  transportation hub for commuters, a 15,000 + sq. ft. grocery store and 5,000 sq. ft. restaurant and a much needed economic boost to local businesses and the taxpayers of Wayne.

Additionally, on that same date, the Township of Wayne’s Zoning Board of Adjustment approved Mr. Semeraro’s application for the conversion of an existing static billboard to a digital billboard, for a prominent national outdoor media company, on Route 46 in Wayne.  This will be Wayne’s first digital multi-message billboard.

In addition to providing outdoor advertising, this billboard will provide emergency services to the FBI, Amber Alert and local law enforcement and emergency services.
