Another Land Use Approval For Semeraro
On January 26, 2021, upon a request for reconsideration of a previous denial, the Fairfield Zoning Board of Adjustment, granted preliminary and final site plan approval with a D6 Height variance and other relief, for the construction of a 35,000 sq. ft. warehouse building to be constructed at 8-10 Evans Street, Fairfield, NJ.
“I am very happy with the professionalism, expertise and wisdom of the Zoning Board of Adjustment in allowing my client to revise its site plan in order to address the Board’s concerns with respect to flooding and to hear further evidence as to how and why the proposed construction would not adversely impact flooding conditions, which are such a great concern for the Township” – Semeraro
“This approval will provide a tremendous tax ratable for the Township, on property that was previously unutilized, while causing no adverse impact to the community at large. In fact, with the major stormwater management system installed on this property, the property will actually be less impactful after construction than it is currently, with respect to stormwater issues.”
