 Mr. Semeraro settled a substantial wrongful termination employment liability lawsuit he had filed against the Education Training Corp., High Tech Institute, Inc., and Anthem Education Group on the behalf of one of their former Deans.

This lawsuit involved complex areas of employment law including claims of violations of the Conscientious Employer Protection Act (the Whistleblower Act), common law retaliation, and wrongful termination. After protracted document discovery, contentious argument, and just one deposition, the Career College changed its no-pay position to settle for $650,000.
