Semeraro Wins Appeal On A Monumental Land Use Approval In Wayne, New Jersey
Circle Realty Company, et al v. Wayne Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and Galreh, LLC, Docket No. PAS-L-764-18, was a challenge to a use variance approval from the Wayne Zoning Board of Adjustment that Semeraro secured last year, for a $60M +/- mixed use project that consisted of 232 residential luxury apartments, a grocery store and restaurant.
Despite several outlandish claims, the Court found the approval was properly granted and dismissed the appeal, that was filed by an economically motivated objector and some neighbors, with prejudice.
